Bishop Scott and Sis. Scott, originally from Fort Smith Arkansas, moved to Sheridan Arkansas early in the year 2000. He had spent the last 18 years Pastoring and growing churches in Kansas. God called him to Sheridan Arkansas as his next assignment. Bishop began doing the work of God immediately upon moving there. An accomplished glazer, he also worked full time installing glass and pastoring. Through his faithful dedication to the kingdom of God and the blessings of the Lord, the work in Sheridan Arkansas began to grow. Within a few short years the beginnings of a brand new building were starting to be seen on Hwy 167. The Lord continued to bless his efforts and the church continues to grow. Bishop Scott went to be with his Lord and Savior on February the 13th 2021. His oldest son Joseph Scott is now in service as the Pastor of FAC of Sheridan. He continues to do the work his father started to simply reach souls who are hungry and lost.
